David Rusnak practices in the areas of state and federal litigation and arbitration, concentrating his practice in real estate and construction dispute resolution. He represents national, regional and local contractors, developers, and property owners, as well as other commercial concerns in all facets of litigation. David also counsels his clients on pre-litigation risk management and claims avoidance, contract drafting, mechanics’ liens, and surety bonds.
David is admitted to practice in the state courts of Georgia and Texas, the Supreme Court of the United States, and various United States Courts of Appeals and United States District Courts. He has organized and presented numerous seminars presented by the Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education and other continuing education providers on the subjects of mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, construction documents, and ethical considerations in construction law. He has also served as a Trustee of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education of Georgia, and a chair and member of numerous state bar association and construction industry committees. David is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of Texas, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
