Bob Goodman represents commercial real estate developers, investors, lenders and managers. During a career devoted entirely to the practice of commercial real estate law, Bob has assisted clients in the legal aspects of a wide variety of transactions. This representation has included office, retail and industrial lease negotiations, property assemblages, acquisition, construction, permanent and mezzanine financing, sale-lease backs, 1031 exchange structuring, and development of single use and multi-use commercial projects.
Bob’s representation has been on behalf of private investors as well as regional and national development companies and landlords.
While his practice is principally focused in Georgia and metropolitan Atlanta, Bob has assisted in transactions throughout the southeastern United States and in transactions involving commercial properties in various other states.
Bob has been selected as one of Georgia Super Lawyers by Law & Politics Media and Atlanta Magazine in each year such selections have been made. Bob is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
