Jonathan represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Jonathan primarily represents landlords in the leasing and management of office buildings, office parks, retail centers and mixed use projects. In addition, Jonathan represents developers of retail and industrial projects in various transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction and permanent financing, leasing and preparation of operating covenants and easements.
Jonathan has lived in Atlanta for the majority of his life and graduated from North Springs High School in Sandy Springs. He received his B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University in 2001, and his J.D. in 2005 from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. Jonathan is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, Atlanta Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is active in the community as a Board Member of the Atlanta Council of Young Lawyers with the Atlanta Bar Association, and as a member of the W&L Alumni Association and the Community Service Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
