Amy Bridwell represents developers and investors in many aspects of retail, office and industrial projects, including acquisition and disposition, due diligence, development, construction and permanent financing, leasing and preparation of operating covenants and easements. Amy also forms project ownership entities including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
Having practiced with one of Atlanta's largest commercial title agencies for several years prior to joining the Firm, Amy has extensive experience with title insurance matters.
Amy received her B.A. in Philosophy from Agnes Scott College in 1992, and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994. Amy is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association.
